(Websites) Redesign

website redesignwithout losing what works.

A new website that converts better than the old one, and keeps the rankings, links and content that already bring you customers. From audit and structure to design, build and launch.

Most redesigns start with how the site looks. Ours start with what the current one already does well, so the new site doesn't throw away the traffic and leads you have.

Keep what works.
Fix what doesn't.
Measure the difference.

time for a redesign?

Recognise a few of these? Then a redesign will probably pay for itself.

  • The site looks older than your company is
  • Visitors arrive, but few of them enquire
  • Your team can't update a page without a developer
  • The site is slow on mobile
  • Your offer has changed, but the site still sells the old one

what a redesign covers

Everything a redesign needs, not just a new look.

(01) Audit

What the current site does: which pages bring traffic and leads, which rankings and links you have, and where visitors drop off.

(02) Structure and content

A sitemap built on what your buyers search for and need, with content rewritten where it's holding you back.

(03) Design

Wireframes and visual design built on your brand, mobile first.

(04) Build and CMS

Fast and accessible, with a CMS your team can update themselves.

(05) Migration

Every old URL mapped to its new page with redirects, so rankings and links carry over.

(06) Measurement

Conversion tracking from day one, so you can compare the new site with the old one.

how a redesign runs

From audit to launch, without a traffic dip you didn't plan for.

  1. Audit

Traffic, rankings, links, conversions and the pages that matter most.

  2. Plan

What stays, what goes and what gets rebuilt, with a redirect map.

  3. Design

Wireframes, then visual design, on mobile and desktop.

  4. Build

Development, CMS, content migration and tracking.

  5. Launch and check

Redirects live, Search Console checked, rankings and conversions compared with the old site.

what it costs

What a redesign costs depends on what changes.

(01) What drives the price

The number of templates, how much content is rewritten, integrations, and whether the brand changes too.

(02) Redesign only

Custom pricing after a short intake, once we've seen the current site.

(03) Brand and website

A new brand and a redesigned website, launched together: from €8,500, usually in 8 to 12 weeks.

questions

The questions we get asked most.

How long does a website redesign take?

It depends on the size. Brand plus website usually takes 8 to 12 weeks; a redesign of an existing site is often quicker.

Will a redesign hurt our Google rankings?

Not if the migration is done properly: keep URLs where you can, redirect every old URL that changes, and check Search Console after launch. Most ranking drops after a redesign come from missing redirects.

Should we redesign or start over?

If the structure and content work and only the look is dated, a redesign is enough. If the site sells an old offer to the wrong audience, it's a rebuild, often together with the brand.

Can our team update the new site?

Yes. We set up a CMS your team can update without us.

Who owns the files?

You do. Every file, font licence and source file is handed over at the end.
