ai automationthat actually works.

AI in the processes you already run: processing enquiries, qualifying leads, enriching CRM data and writing reports. Built around your CRM and your team, with time saved you can measure.

Most AI projects stall as experiments. We start with a process that costs time today, and add AI only where it measurably makes that process faster or better.

Process first.
Then the AI.
Then measure.

what we automate

Around sales, marketing and customer contact: where our CRM work already sits.

(01) Processing enquiries

Incoming emails, forms and documents read, summarised and turned into clean records in your CRM.

(02) Qualifying leads

New leads assessed and enriched with company data, so sales knows who to call first.

(03) Preparing follow-ups

Draft replies and follow-ups ready in your CRM, so your team reviews and sends instead of typing.

(04) Logging conversations

Summaries and action points from calls and meetings, attached to the right deal or customer.

(05) Reporting

Weekly pipeline and campaign summaries in plain language, in your inbox or team chat.

(06) Internal knowledge

An assistant that answers your team's questions from your own documents and ways of working.

Looking for an AI strategy or training for your whole organisation? An AI consultancy is a better fit, and we'll say so.

where ai saves time

Recognise a few of these? That's usually where the first automation goes.

  • Your team retypes data from emails and forms
  • New leads wait for someone to qualify them by hand
  • Everyone writes the same kinds of replies over and over
  • Reporting takes hours every week
  • Knowledge lives in people's heads and folders nobody can find

how we work

One process at a time, with a result you can measure.

  1. Map the process

Where does the time go, and where do mistakes happen?

  2. Pick one automation

The biggest time saving with the smallest risk.

  3. Build and test

With real examples from your process. Where a mistake is costly, a person checks.

  4. Go live and measure

Time saved and error rate, before and after.

  5. Expand

If it works, on to the next process.

what it costs

Priced the same way as the rest of our CRM and automation work.

(01) First automation

From €1,500, as a project on top of your current tools, like our other integrations and automations.

(02) Larger projects

Several processes, or a custom CRM with AI built in: custom pricing. A custom CRM starts at €12,500.

(03) Usage costs

AI models charge per use. We estimate those costs up front, so you know what, for example, one processed enquiry costs.

questions

The questions we get asked most.

Which AI models do you use?

Whatever suits each task, from large language models to smaller, cheaper ones. We document which model does what, so nothing depends on one vendor.

Is it safe with customer data?

We only process the data that's needed, choose settings where your data isn't used to train models, and put the agreements in writing. Sensitive steps are checked by a person.

Does this replace people?

No, it takes away the repetitive work. Where a mistake is costly, a person checks before anything goes out.

Does it work with our current CRM?

Usually, through your CRM's integrations. If your current system can't do it, the automation can become part of a custom CRM.

How quickly will we see results?

A first automation is usually live within a few weeks, depending on the process and the integrations.
